If your realtor agreed to take you, that was the first sign you had that he was short on integrity. 

We have Stessa integrated with Cozy right now and it’s awesome for three units!

This helps immensely if I follow up with the person or want to connect with them via social media (or real life).  

This is why we decided to be vertically integrated so that we can control our construction/renovation costs.

@Andrew Nguyen1) I wouldn't post on social media how much money you have to reinvest.

The one's that are good figure out they can do much better as an owner, and have the integrity to build credit and not be creepy.

I have googled a few & have a few on social media, I'm looking for more suggestions to look into and hopefully make a strong team and where better to go than BP. 

You could easily find yourself not really knowing what to do with your time...even 15 or 20 minute increments that you would normally just be texting or scrolling social media (or BiggerPockets ;)).

and 2) build a good network of people and have integrity so that if a moment of difficult arises, your network can be a support and if you have always had integrity and have always repaid others, then people are often willing to help you out and be a support.

I have some ideas already which are business cards, webpage, social media, bandit signs and I will try to attend some auctions as well.
