My research on this has not scratched the surface of how a majority of Universities are dealing with this (please do some google searches and contribute any findings to this thread). 

But 27% is a major increase.

Do not rely on zillow to give you reliable numbers.There are several companies that will provide accurate numbers in major metro areas for a monthly fee. 

Toys R Us, Office Max, Sports Authorities, etc.  

What major companies are moving there might increase the population of workforce housing?

The other two duplexes were major fixer-uppers. 

Your property may have a part that is outside the major flood zone (but the property shows as being in the flood zone because part of it is). 

I am able to utilize working in a major city as a hiring perk in a relocation to South Carolina.

I rented a Airbnb in the catskills and it was a bummer.. beds terrible well quite working.. just not my cup of tea.I get it though for like a ski vacation or if its a high end condo that I would get.. and since I am a business traveler I get enough points each year to take two spectacular over seas vacations on my points.. up graded to suits each stay is probably worth 10k plus and its all free.. so that to me is a major benefit. 

Is it considered major or minor?
