Since we just finished a 2-bedroom apartment rehab in central Connecticut I figured I would post some pictures of the finished product as well as some details on the products we used for paint and flooring.This apartment is located in a lower B class neighborhood that will attract solid qualified tenants and the apartment rehab and the materials used reflects that.

To me it only makes sense if their bids are lower than the other contractors that already build in their margin to the quote.

In that case, I would probably try to negotiate with the water company to lower the bill, as well as the tenant to try to recoup as much of the costs as possible.

Homeowner has asked the HOA to lower the wall, push the wall back behind the street so vehicles will miss it (by removing the bricks), or adding a steel pole in front of the wall as a barrier.
