I know people using oil paying $600 per month and people on NG paying $150 a month.  

I only have about a dozen properties, but it's a very nice portfolio with no lemons or cheap homes and it's given us financial independence.  

And then there is oil.

If the dollar is in less demand around the world for transactions regarding oil etc there will be a lot larger supply of dollars here.  

Especially if The War in Ukraine stops, oil in the US becomes cheaper and/or the economy slows down significantly. 

Ultimately: I'm trying to make money - so I need to find the market I want to work in, and the best strategy for that market.Here in Calgary the median house price is 525K - but with the price of oil that's going t drop.Maybe/probably there's better markets in the US.  

Looking at the Anchorage-Eagle River-Wasilla-Palmer area.Concerned more about the decline in oil prices than COVID.Any perspective appreciated.A few questions:1.

If you don't plan to enforce it, then get rid of the rule.The entire house needs to be deep cleaned, then you paint with an oil-based primer to seal in the odor and nicotine.

It’s a big expense to me this year but after this year I will make a much bigger cash flow off of the building without having to pay for the heating oil.

I also know of a tiny house community being built in Lemon Cove CA.
