Is the information in the MLS accurate and complete.....I like to hit ever single area available, but I often notice many agents are lazy.....for example in the directions to the property instead of putting in directions, they'll put in--- see GPS?

I still use them for payments because I'm locked in and too lazy to switch all my tenants over, but I just use mysmartmove for credit checks now, since cozy just resells their service anyway.End angry old man rant.
