You can control and budget your own CAPEX some for interior elements (like your own floor laying and the above schedule, for example) but for the association not so much.Condos are odd ducks, too.

If you are obligated, you need to either get on them or their managing broker that they are not doing their job, and possibly at that point request the exit of the contract that obligates you to pay their fee.Personally, I just posted on Zillow, which also posted on Trulia. that is how I just rented my house.

Last time I did this, I spent five days and only got two of 6 to show up and of the two, one never passed me his bids and one turned out to be a bathroom specialist only and did not want the other task associated with the job.
