After all wouldn't you rather collect rent checks consistently instead of having turnover?

Is that consistent with other local, similar properties?

We have a go-to electrician and have been through several heating and cooling companies- it is hard to find anyone who can work on boilers consistently, and half our properties have boilers.Our rentals are a 15 minute drive away, and it's an odd week if I am not driving by at least once. 

There may not be a bunch but if you’re consistent in your marketing and making offers you will find deals.That being said  you can absolutely flip remotely if you know what you’re doing but you need to have a solid team in place where you are flipping.

I am doing a lot of BRRR projects right now, and have been consistently dealing with extremely low appraisals.

There are a couple other remote islands but I wouldn’t call them part of the Caribbean. 

Carvana’s price was consistently higher than the dealer prices.
