I do not have to pay CA income taxes and can file as a Florida resident as long as I am in the military.

My questions involves the legality of such a scenario: Can I use an FHA loan if I plan on only staying there on the weekends?

Despite all of this, she will still be the sole employee of her S-Corp and we are finding out that even though she is exempt from CA withholding and CA taxes, unemployment insurance, and disability insurance, that she still has to create an account with CA and file quarterly and annual tax forms.  

It might be worth a quick check with an attorney to understand your liability and your obligations.I don't pretend to know anything about it, but having stolen goods installed, especially if you have personal knowledge of the circumstances can't be a good thing to be involved with.
