In my post a few days ago regarding my 4-plex in Kitimat is a good example that I will lay out here: I live in Fort St John, BC, for work, but I invest in developing communities.

We are struggling with determining the layout of the upstairs unit that would allow us to optimize rental income without jeopardizing too many college students with a very small living room.

I work in Supply Chain and my company offers $5,000 in tuition reimbursement and I make sure to use every dollar of it each year to obtain certificates, etc.

It all depends on Intuit pricing at the time of renewal. 

I am leaning toward walking as it seems really sketchy, but being my first investment, I am curious of this is normal or my intuition is correct and I should walk.

Wouldn't want to layout all that money then find out there's little advantage to be gained by setting up a corporate structure for our situation.

This is also a unit that can take a bit more time to rent out due to its non traditional layout.

Did you remove any walls on the kitchen/dining room/living room level to get to that layout?

Its intuitive and easy to use for my team but very little updates/development over that time.
