Just wanted to introduce myself to all current and future Real Estate pro investors.I've always been intrigued by the subject of Real Estate and the incredible posibilities it has.

@Russell Brazil there is so much that you just wrote that I disagree with, that we'll have to just agree to disagree because as a customer I am looking to a realtor for their best judgement based on their experience to assist me with the best possible purchase taking in all the relevant considerations tied to the ever popular location, location, location mantra and financial criteria important to the client.  

Some agents are slime balls and can be incredibly deceptive.

And the leverage is incredible.

There's a wealth of information here and an incredible network that I'm sure you'll find useful. 

I'm not incredibly new to BP, but I still haven't pulled the trigger to invest yet, because I want to be well educated instead of jumping in over my head right away.
