Dear friends, I have been receiving inquiries from insurance company, temp housing company, and random clients in FF asking for the exact address of the house, then I don't hear anything back after I gave out for a few times.

Is there currently a lack of housing, etc. 

The realtor puts the house as pending while the wholesaler markets it for 85k.

Seems like a lot of student housing?

They'll be working with me on my next one (looking at other houses now.)
