Has anyone here ever actually joined this Mastery program and can provide some honest feedback as to its effectiveness?

She was honest, reliable, and helpful in my venture into real estate investing.  

I am just being honest as a board and try to giveyou good advise from my experience as a board.

But I'll be honest.

The price for this house is in the 400k range and to be honest there is no way this house is worth that much, but the lot might be. 

Wow what a story its sad that good honest people just trying to make a better living for their family's and themselves even have to deal with such unfortunate things Im glad they were able to come up and out of it 800,000 dollars is no easy debt to get out of for sure.

I was constantly bombarded with people left and right trying to rent my last two places, and honestly after sifting through less than 10 applicants I've been able to place two families with zero issues (knock on wood) so far.Using the City Auditor tool it seems the owner has many more properties throughout and is liquidating everything. 

It helps keep people honest. 

Heck, we even have a course that we offer to folks, but I'll be honest, if you are a action taker, you can learn most of it by doing!

Good, Honest, Contractors are getting hard to find...When you do they will want a good wage, just as you would..The best policy for getting the best prices on materials is to go to the home depot yourself, pick up what you need and deliver it to the job.
