Most of the agents out there are not set up well to handle commercial.

While they rented it as-is I am sure if you indicated there was a "laundry area" you probably want to get this handled. 

That aside, there are a Ton of agents/brokers with prior experience and connections who handled all the reo’s 10 years ago...many more than will be needed.

This LLC collects the rent and signs the leases, and handles the maintenance requests.

Although, if you have a contractor you trust and is reliable, they could handle anything you throw at them.

It helps to have a large network of contractors (either a trusty GC to handle the whole project or you need each individual sub... painters, tile folks, electrician, plumber, etc.) for homes that need a lot of rehab and that can be hard to find from a distance.

Didn't cost me too much time to get that handled.

Porch before and I believe he should be able to handle everything for you in terms of getting your violations resolved; as you typically will not need Architectural drawings unless you are changing the size/shape of the porch.

I certainly have no intentions of handling the taxes myself.
