Ideally, whether or not this was a partnership needs to be explored with a competent accountant.Now, I understand that you may not want to invest in this analysis and decide to stick to your possibly incorrect interpretation.

Congrats on (almost) making the move, I know that it's a daunting task but it looks like you are set up to have the infrastructure to succeed and explore it wholey. 

I would love some recommendations on 1) companies to work with 2) financing options (I would like to own) 3) and any other relevant info for someone exploring the idea of going solar.
