Hi, I am buying a new rental property out of state and will be relying heavily on a property management to run daily operations for me.There are tenants already in the property and a property manager in place that the seller is currently using.Should I just continue with the same management company (considering the tenants are familiar with them) or use my agent as the new property manager (since he knows the property well and I have worked with him closely for a month now) or look for a completely fresh property management .Can someone please help me understand what’s the best thing to go with??

@Bill Carovano   Do I have to make a fresh Contacts App for each Workspace or can I move the same one around to each Workspace or cross-reference between apps?

It was a fresh rehab & they were the first tenants. 

Not sure if you get a bulletin like we get but at the back of it each month list the agents that got suspended or revoked and the section of law they violated to get these sanctions.. number 1  TRUST ACCOUNT commingling.. so why take the risk.3.

You have to find someone willing to listen, with a great asset, needing fresh ownership/management and you can make a lot of people happy simply by providing value.If you're too busy to spend the time necessary to "hunt" for real estate opportunity, then continue doing redfin searches in lower priced neighborhoods.

My wife and I had freshly purchased our home when I originally posted and so we had a survey freshly drawn up with exact GPS coordinates (latitudes/longitudes, precise measurements to the inch, etc.).
