I suppose that's a red flag!

When someone offers to pay in advance, it's a big red flag that you shouldn't ignore.Many tenants will offer to pay in advance or lease for a long period because they want you to get excited about the easy money and ignoring something negative (or maybe not screen them at all).

If the wholesale demands money up front that is a red flag.

@Victor Wasson None of this is a major red flag, but I would make sure to get a specialist out there to look at the foundation issues.

That's a red flag for me...

Sometimes the automated check system flags your name if it is too similar or an exact match.

If this is accurate, this would be a big red flag for me.

We called the warranty company and they didn't have anyone in the area (RED FLAG!)
