Thanks Guys - I'm new to BP and my firm provides those types of services (multi-family & commercial real estate appraisals and BPO values in FL) and I'm wondering if the BP platform and it's forums will be useful in growing clientele as I am on the commercial side of things and BP seems primarily residentially focused.

That being said, there is no guarantee in real estate however our firm does a magnificent job of maneuvering the waters - heck, we've got over 1,800 homes under management and successfully rehab 40 homes per month.

Many of the firms have just raised new funds, so they have lots of dry powder which they'll focus on their existing companies first, to ensure they are healthy and well capitalized.
