I started my investing in Fort Worth and a number of my flips were in older neighborhoods near downtown where I could add a master suite for about $105-$110 a square foot, and have the finished product selling for over $200 a square foot.There seem to be plenty of small 600-800 sq ft bungalow style homes near downtown Raleigh and downtown Durham that would be perfect for this.

For this situation, how would you navigate finding out information while interviewing tenants like: where are you from, how old are you generally, where did you go to school, what do you like to do for fun, do you have a SO who will be over often, do you cook a lot, etc.?

Because it’s a new construction, the original close date was supposed to be November, but the builder technically had until the end of March to finish without any penalty.
