Or should I try to find a deal now and start the loan process?

I find this to be an under-utilized strategy. 

If you find it to difficult at that point, then investigate getting additional training

It was fantastic for networkingI don’t know for sure, but it seems like at around the same time that BiggerPockets started hosting its own conferences and advertising boot camps and such that it became harder and harder to find where on the website that you could find local meetups.This morning I searched the website to try to find where local meetups were posted on the website and it took me between 5 and 10 minutes to find it.

How to find an investor who'd offer me a deal in Tijuana?

I'm starting to wonder better ways to outsource this work and find solid tenants who will stay for the long haul. 

Link isn't working, but I was able to find it here: I was just sharing notes with someone else on these forums about things I look for with syndications, and while there is a lot to look at, the first one is: is this an asset class and business plan you want to invest in.  

A lot of people choose the more suburban / less dense areas in Ewing or Hamilton when they can find a place that works for them.
