Would anyone have any good Investor/Entrepreneur book recommendations? 

My short term goal is to learn as much as possible through books, BP site/members, and BP podcasts that I listen to everyday.

Have you checked the book on No Money Down, it's a good resource on different creative financing ideas?

So I have been negotiating on a duplex for 50k and I finally agree to pay 50k and so I ask them about the disclosure for the property.

Finally, in July 2017, purchased our first “on purpose” Triplex in a trendy area called the Milk District in Downtown Orlando!

I found a agent (who wasn't investor friendly), they gave me a lender (who was terrible), who gave me a title company (who messed up the closing continuously), and finally the insurance person (who gave me too low of coverage).

This is going to help you stay booked and run a great STR.

I've been consuming a massive amount of content the past few weeks (1-2 BP podcasts a day, books, BP blogs & forums) and am close to executing on purchases.

I'm currently consuming all things REI - books, blogs, podcasts, etc. in hopes of gaining the knowledge to make an exciting and financially independent future for myself and my wife.

Are there any books out there on this real estate asset class?
