I typically stage my homes and add some sort of feature to entice buyers over the competition.

The rest of the features can be used to adjust the price.If there's not enough data, it's better to push out the sold time frame than to push out the search radius.  

Starting to think that a "Package" CRM would be better.We would  like to find a CRM that has all these features integrated (batch texting, RVM, call management) and is EASY to use.Please share your experience with a killer CRM that has all these features integrated and is EASY TO USE.
