I myself have found deals that have made 60-70% Roi and very recently found one that had the potential to make close to 100% return ..purchase price $70k rehab = very light clean up inside and yard / plant / landscape clean up .. really nice landscape but just has been overgrown for the last couple months ..

And if your sticking around to fight the good fight (stockpiling guns and food), I think that is laughable as none of us know how to truly survive off the land anymore or you wouldn't be buying canned food you'd be planting crops - I say good luck to you Mr.

What is it that you are doing.With all of that said, a basic 1300 sq ft home with 22x22 sq ft garage with FHA minimum trim level, comp roof, single gable, fake pergo, wood cabinets, granite - $50 sq ft, in CA, based on the sq ft for the home.Of course fees here, water meter, sewer, etc will be another $40K.

Oh yeah and the time one of the wholesaler maketing services (sms spam iirc) set up a fake profile using the stolen identity of an nyc veterinarian on this website and lied through their teeth until they got caught, at which time biggerpockets deleted the whole thread. 

I’ve been working at Fastenal, an industrial plant in Fulton County, for 2 years making 16$ an hour.

There is a Walmart and some other chain stores, and a few manufacturing plants.

There are many dealers / manufacturers in Plant City, FL (about a 30 minute drive from Winter Haven.

The more successful modular manufacturing plants we have, the better the industry gets.
