I'd recommend investing in your own market when you're looking to get into something extensive like flipping.

For instance, I interpret the below state as saying if you have a RE license and aren't sponsored by a broker you are limited in the capacity that you can act. 

Between the day job that requires extensive travel, being a husband, dad, scout leader, etc I think I have all I can handle.

@Matt Shields,I have looked extensively through my states requirements and came to the conclusion that I needed to create an agent account on BP to remain compliant on this site specifically.

For instance, how do you know what the electric bill is going to look like?
