Neighbour decides not to clean up after his dog, you have the option of talking with your neighbor about resolving the matter, you could set up a camera or 2 to monitor who isn't cleaning up after their dog, and confront him/her or even go to the bylaw enforcement officer or police if you like or you could just humbly clean it up & say "Oh well.

I also know plenty who have done this and never encountered a problem but its possible if not technically legal,  at that time  DC wasnt serious about enforcing it.

In some cases, law enforcement authorities could bring charges against the victims because it may look like they were involved in the scam and knew the check was counterfeit.So short answer is NO.

Military excluded from eviction but an IRS agent or ATF, I won't evicted but there will be late charges and they would be enforced just like if you owed the government money even if you became unemployed.They may be unemployed and have fallen on hard times but I have a business to run and I'm sorry about your luck.
