From the little I've read, Wichita has not seen the appreciation that Denver has.If you're looking for pure cash flow, then probably moving the money outside of Denver will get you better cash flowing properties.

Well for general considerations about whether to have an LLC for rental properties or not, check out-https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/08/1...Read through the comments too as there's a lot of info in those too.One major comment would be, and an accountant or an entity specialist should bring this to your attention, is that rental properties and flips are two different things as far as taxes....passive income vs active income...and those should not be mixed under one LLC.

The units in China now would sell for approximately 300k and 400k today, and appreciating.I want to buy properties to Buy and Hold to secure a steady income and wholesale properties, either concurrently or after gaining some experience from Buy and Hold properties.Thanks to everyone taking the time to read this post and thanks to everyone who has already contributed to this amazing community.
