I've never used a property manager since all of my tenants pay electronically but I couldn't agree with @JERMAINE LUCAS  and @Sam Chavez more. 

@David - I'm trying to but people need access (I haven't mastered the art of virtual wholesaling when I haven't seen the property AND the end buyer hasn't seen the property) lol@Joe - I agree, thats why I have told her to contact him but I'm just trying to think outside the box.
