We are looking to live in one unit and rent the other as you might expect at least until we find our dream home :)I have been in the Army National Guard for about 6 years as a side hustle to my full-time job in consulting.

Let me tell you first, I've been dreaming of taking this first step for entirely too long.

I have a business that provides a decent passive income but I have yet to jump deep into my dream of real estate ownership. 

Not here, because no family making 75k would dream of living somewhere that rents for $1017...one bedroom or a total dump.

Millennial migration is the big driving force into the future, and more and more simply can't make the dream of homeowner a reality in the pricier states like ol' California.Would love to grab coffee when you're in town and welcome you to the area!
