STR regulations can impact that path and therefore is risky path.In San Diego for house hacking I recommend detached units.

Thank you everybody.Here is an update on the situation:I was planning on buying a 3/2 bungalow in Kenwood with a completely detached 1/1 suite.

My greatest obstacle is obviously getting the capital needed to invest.

Anything from the $60k to $120k range for purchase price would be ideal as we get back in the swing of things.Right now my biggest obstacle is finding good opportunities to invest in.

Is anyone familiar with the detached condos in Riverbreeze, Western Branch South?
