@Amy Ahearn I haven’t done this myself, but have heard good things about going the route of Facebook marketplace, goodwill, second hand stores etc with well design tasteful ikea/purchased pieces.

There are also double drawer cabinet height refrigerators used often in the restaurant/catering industry that might be worth looking into as well.Again, what a great use of space and design. 

Public pools restrict hours all the time and often restrict children hours to create a time for lap swimming, water aerobics, or other adult-related activities.

Amazon’s made a huge push into corporate hospitality over the last couple years and some of the custom workflows I’ve seen for creating guest FAQs that the devices can respond to without bugging me or requiring additional pages in a physical house manual are appealing, something like VCS or a custom-designed audio FAQ.

They might change the property management company, but the property simply changes hands and everything else stays the same: the rents, design, amenities, etc.

So that brings the total up to around 3k for this.I can't really make a decent kitchen with this small space with off the shelf stuff at home depot, at least not the plywood casing stuff (too many pieces need to be ordered) so I had them do a design with their woodcraft.  

From there, the overall design will draw tenants both long and short term.
