@Brie Schmidtunderstood...I was just checking the cook county property tax portal and it shows  Property Class Description Apartment building with 2 to 6 units, any ageWasn't sure if that means building is zoned as max 6 units...I will ask for the zoning certificate from seller..Thanks!

The listing agent has put this in the description.

I suggest getting a detailed description of the event and speak with several who attended as newbies.In the interim check out below.

They typically can not be deduced from exterior pictures.Don't recall 'L', 'T', XYZ shaped entering into a description.

Wells Fargo mentions "Owner occupied" in 203k loan's description but doesn't specify how long I have to occupy this house.

When the realtor list the property ( use an investor friendly realtor not just any realtor) mention to the realtor to mention CASH in the finance area and also in the description for agent notes mention FOR INVESTORS ONLY and or CASH BUYERS. 

With RE, it needs to be a Specific POA, not a General, listing the legal description.

APN stands for Assesors Parcel Number and is the means in which the county assesor lables the lot (via a number) which can be found with the legal description of the parcel (lot).At least that is how it works here in CA

Rich, yes I meant auction.There must be one coming up, because the MLS description on a house I am interested in just got modified to say it's going to auction.
