I do think management is a great entry point into real estate, lots to learn in the daily management!

If you want to research a stock, pick up the Wall Street Journal or Investor's Business Daily.

We use listsource.com primarily and as far as I understand the information they have is updated daily.

Typically I find that owners and PMs benefit from software when they want to automate daily tasks and improve cash flow.
