Hello everyone,I am in search of a strategy that will allow me to use my current network of professionals who are directly related to RE investing.

My understanding is that an LLC is meant to be the same as owning it directly for tax purposes.  

We obviously need to keep it economical, but I would like to do something creative, and I'm bored with our past designs (generally they consist of a larger field tile with horizontal accent stripe).

I'm looking to purchase a vacant lot and I'm struggling to think of ways to obtain creative fianancing.

Sure people get notices but they get calls, door knockers and agents in addition to direct mail by the truck loads especially if there is equity. 

What about looking at more creative ways to get investing.

Just looking for that creative finance.
