@Steve Babiak: not sure if @Josh Caldwell meant this, but when you are dealing with judicial sales (a/k/a "free and clear" sales) conducted by the TCB, there is a six-month period after the sale where any person with an interest in the sold property can petition the court to set aside the sale.

Could you try a bathtub liner.. goes right over the existing tub.. as far as getting a hold of your contractor, unless you had a guarantee of service or warranty with him i'd guess he's gonzo...Is it worth going to court over.. if he did crappy job 1st time I wouldn't have him return if it was me.
