A lot of times when you hear note investors talk about deals they have done, they talk about conversations with borrowers in the first person.

You end up with even more rapport than last time, and since they're doing the talking, it's not like it's a one-sided sales call- they'll give you more ammo for the next conversation and be warmer to working with you over anyone else when they're ready.

The conversation between the manager at that office and the escrow officer will be awkward, I'm sure and she wont be happy, will relay that the file has been taken from her, and he will call me and be very angry, threatening to cancel the deal.

This will entail, making application with the property address being listed as TBD, but you and the lender can have a meaningful conversation regarding all aspects of your loan request and your credit profile.
