If that's the case then simply communicating your intent may resolve the issue.

If the servicer has not already discussed a short sale or DIL with the borrower, the servicer must proactively notify the borrower in writing of theavailability of these options and allow the borrower 14 calendar days from the date of the notification to contact the servicer by verbal or written communication and request consideration under HAFA.

But in the end, the ability to see value in a deal and be able to communicate the value you see will be critical.

I don't know if the profession attracts them, or if it just encourages them to become that way.Hopefully what you had was a lack of communication with this guy, but maybe not. 

Define the space with  "wall" sections (think privacy and shade) with step sections that communicate w/ the yard.

Their lender portal is not as slick as other servicers, but their communication is excellent and I have been very happy with them.

I haven't upgraded my membership here yet so I think my direct communication is limited.

I have also paid rent  much earlier when he need it.I would expect seasoned investors and mature folks not to just read a couple of line, get emotional like teens and spew opinions or insult some one they don't even know, but on the other hand I admit I completely failed in telling the story, conveying a message, and asking the right questions so I apologize again and I thank every one for his time and critics, and I also apologize for pissing people off.I should probably take more time think thoroughly before posting, but circumstances don't always help.
