I guess the moral is you can screen tenants all you want....but if they bring a chucklehead on the property you still got bs to deal with.This was back when I was in college and was an onsite manager at a 30 unit complex in Missouri.

I've worked for a national hard money lender and wholesaler for the past 4 years and am currently seeking to start my own firm here in the Charlotte area.I worked through college as an auto mechanic which pretty much cements the fix-it mentality i have.I was also the operations director at a large outdoor amphitheater for almost 5 years and that has to be one of the most abused pieces of real estate in town.

honestly yes this isn't a good time for me to get started but i know that there never will be....maybe i should wait till the kids start school....or maybe wait until they are in middle school...oh and then we have college to think of.....oh and then we have to worry about retirement comeing up after that....i know excuses would keep coming and like i said i don't think we will ever be COMFORTABLE to start. albiet starting with NOTHING isn't a good idea i just have to learn the right way (or at least not loose anything) the first time right!?

My college degree was in physics and chemistry, but i did have a minor in economics, I understand the value of a dollar, and I can do my own taxes, lol.I enjoy playing poker in my spare time, and was semipro for a little while (semipro = didn't get rich) and still belong to a private group of many close friends and high stakes players.
