So that's a Black Stone property right? 

The master bath was lightly primed over so you could still see one black wall, one pink and two peach colored walls.

Still have that house, and since added a partner and three other properties.Want to connect and meet with as many people as possible, especially people who also invest in Black Rock, or anywhere in Connecticut as deals in Black Rock are not coming up as fast as I would like.

Black Diamond meet-up and several others exist in MA.  

@Ryan Meggison two that I know of are Black Diamond REI which I believe meets twice monthly, alternating between Worcester and Waltham, and South Coast REIA which meets in Fall River.

@Michael Junior  yes I have a property in Black Rock and a property in South Norwalk. 

We re-did my hardwood floors 2 years ago and my nice 90 pound black lab has already destroyed them again :(I let one of my tenants paint their living room & bedroom last year, but that's the furthest i'd ever go with tenant DIY.
