As you know I want to buy a multi family property but since I’m an immigrant I don’t have credit or social security number, luckily I found the women of my dreams and we are getting married pretty soon, I just want to know what’s the next step ?

This helps immensely if I follow up with the person or want to connect with them via social media (or real life).

I have googled a few & have a few on social media, I'm looking for more suggestions to look into and hopefully make a strong team and where better to go than BP. 

You could easily find yourself not really knowing what to do with your time...even 15 or 20 minute increments that you would normally just be texting or scrolling social media (or BiggerPockets ;)).

I have some ideas already which are business cards, webpage, social media, bandit signs and I will try to attend some auctions as well. 

@Edmondo Morgan JrRight off the bat you don’t pay social security and medicare taxes- a savings of 7.5% for employees  or 15% if you own your own business or are a 1099 contractor. 

This isn't for everyone because it does come with some cons (loss of privacy, added interpersonal relationship to maintain, etc.) but it can also be a rewarding (financially and socially) experience.
