Looking for a realtor who can assist ASAP with a drive by inspection and photos of a property we are about to buy the note on NW of Charlotte, West on the 85, up the 321 N.Looking for type of neighborhood, rentals or owners, vacancies seen, valuations, and crime in the area, etc.While we will try to work out a modification to get them paying again, we might have to either get a deed-in-lieu and do a short sale, or go through foreclosure process & sell the house after that.We would want the realtor to be with us all the way, and will pay you full commissions for any help in selling it.

This is a continued post from another discussion I had on BP which I received much assistance with.I discovered a property I bought in Las Vegas had $20,000 of plumbing problems which were not disclosed in the SPD.

id say that is a question worth answering to better assist.  

I see the opportunity for me to help the seller and for me to learn this is why I am seeking assist from the community. 

My biggest worry with a Section 8 housemate is that the individuals reason for needing assistance would be something that would make them a challenging neighbor, and you are not allowed to ask if a prospective tenant has a mental illness. 

In fact, I would accept an entry level position with an investor as assistant in exchange for a small percentage and education.

They also assist in purchasing what they do not show.
