I have taken a TSP loan in the past for real estate but it was only the bond portion of my portfolio and I pay myself interest in that situation so it was a win-win.

The point to realize is that even if everything turns out great with a NNN property, the competition is such that the investor gets a rate of return similar to a long term bond issued by the same company.

Nope...the problem is that a movement that could have some political teeth and actually get something constructive done is overrun by extremists that end up hurting the cause.
