I think most experienced investors will be of a similar mindset.3) This makes no difference to me and I would not see this having any impact on the split.4) This also makes no difference to me, as deals are the gating factor for me, not money.I think the biggest problem you are going to have is finding people who have a deal, have experience, have contacts, yet lack capital.
