If there are a lot of other attractive properties available for buyer to choose from then a defect like that could really slow your sale.

If you can grow an audience, you can attract advertisers.

It's attractive to some investors and some not, just depends on your model.

I let them know that this type of house will attract alot of first time homebuyers and can make no guarantee they would be able to stay in the house.
