Also, you should have the documents taken to closing:  escrow company, title company or attorney.

@Isaiah Williams I'm not a lender or an attorney so please verify this - what I've been told by the lenders I work with is that FHA requires owner occupancy for one year and after that you can rent it (again - please verify as this is what I've been "told"). 

You definitely want a basic, working knowledge, but use those people skills to find out which attorney's are being used in this area who specialize in real estate.

@Ashish AcharyaIf you believe there're no arguments on this forum, you clearly did not follow the recent, ahem, discussions about asset protection with certain highly opinionated attorneys involved. :) I was there, too.
