I read somewhere on here about going back to the applicant and saying that there was an issue with the landlord review and that they should get in touch with the landlord and work things out until a positive review can be written.

@Steve Theobald That is true Magna would be "c" however I've done a lot of work in Magna and I feel much more comfortable there by myself than I do in Rose Park so maybe I'd call that a "C-""A" to me is an area that the homes rents quickly, I get multiple qualified applicants and most of the homes are owner occupied.

(underwriter will probably want to see six months of bank statement records showing receipt of rents)- B) Builders Employee Purchase - the 85% LTV restriction is removed or may be exceeded if an employee of a builder, who is not a family emmber, purchases one of the builders new houses or models as a principal residence- C)corporate transfer - when companies buy a house and sell it to any employee who has been renting from the employer's property - D) (applicable to you) Tenant Purchase - 85% LTV restriction may be exceeded if the current tenant purchases the property where the tenant has rented the property for atleast six months immediately predating the sales contract.

I should also point out that there is a $50 application fee for a credit/background check, and that does more to screen the "not serious" tenant more than anything else.
