Because as all cash has said, you can get quite a lot of benefit from selling your own personal residence.If you can't prove that this was your primary residence then I would suggest you read IRS Publication 523.

In most cases the adjustment for a 40 yr is .1-.25% so it is just a lower payment and a much more secure situation to be in that 2/28 or 3/27.I am sure we will all see it and also a 50yr interest only stated fico, income, and assets... :-)

If you want the site to be something that will benefit from being found by the search engines then the name should be SEO friendly and not your name.If you want a site just so that people can go there and find out more about you, that will look nice in a business card or ad. then use your name.
