I got from county records/appraiser site

We are active in several TN markets including Montgomery, Robertson, Davidson, Cheatham, and Dickson counties.

I'm having trouble finding one the county records for this one home and not sure if the address is more than enough.

Thank you again Debbie, I will look at the upcoming meetups  andI'm sure I can find one to attend, I'm out by the Belt Parkway so Long Island is pretty convenient to me, I believe there were a few events coming up in Nassau County.

Got back to the office and run the address through the county auditor site.

Thankfully the applicant was honest on the application and said she had something on her record so I did some digging into county records on my own.

It may vary by county, but 1-4 units is residential.
