If you're sitting around wasting your agent's time on the weekends to put low-ball offers on properties that will never accept it there is no reason for him to bother with you because you costing him lots of time with no hope of reward.I don't recall which member wrote it, but there was a recent post about "investor friendly agents" that sums it up nicely.
