if you wanted to make a solid return to outweigh what you are borrowing w/the mtg, i'm sure that a handful of the investors on this site would offer you at least 10-18% return if you let them borrow some of that money to fund part of their deals.

The promoters make it seem like they are turn key almost guaranteed investments but you want to make sure you do as much due diligence as with any commercial real estate investment because in a lot of cases, you probably will be investing outside of your geographic area in markets you are not as familiar with.Assuming you get into a solid proeprty, I personally think they are a great investment vehicle

If i were a landlord, i wouldnt waste any time pressing charges against the person who actually did the damage.I do not believe throwing her out on the streets is going to solve the problem.
