I went to school at UNLV.

My brother went to school in Valdosta and I have some good contacts all over the state that can help.  

High demand is in the Union Grove School District.

The School districts are great.

When I talked to my wife about this, she said she stayed in one near the U of MN when she went to school there. 

A lot of the 'old school investors' use the '1% rule' meaning if they buy a duplex for 150K and get 1500 month total rent there are doing pretty good.

I  I feel that this is the best time for me to get started because I am a fresh out of school, I am currently trying to build a real estate investing business, and I have a lot of time on my hands because I recently moved back home with my family.
