When a landlord has a tenant that regularly pays late it is the landlords own fault.The solution is to immediately issuing notice.

We typically have two finance regulars.

People who are simply more authentic in their day to day activities because they seem to not be burdened by alement of regularity. 

There are some regular posters on there that have great insights and knowledge being shared for free. 

We have a local lady refer tenants to us on a regular basis.

As for the FEMA maps, The best way is to enter you address; then hit the interactive map (newest and most recently updated).

Hello Landlords and Property Managers of BP,I have been working on a research project for a while to look at how common and alternative screening methods predict different aspects of what I'm calling Tenant Performance (including Payments, Vacating, Maintenance, Cleaning, Interactions with Landlords, and Causing Damages).

Does anybody have any input for a regular dude that wants to put his money to work?  

Also, is there another forum that is used more regularly?
